Great video! Homemade pizza is so easy and healthier as you can use healthy whole grain flour, add flaxseed, bran, or such for fiber and health which adds a nice nutty flavour to the pizza dough.
I also always keep Trader Joe's Whole Wheat pizza dough in my freezer for quick easy pizza. It is so convenient. Pizza can be healthy-as it can be topped with fresh veggies, lean meats or seafood, fresh herbs, chile flakes-no nead of cheese. I often use sunroasted tomatoes mashed with garlic as the sauce, or even a curry sauce/gravy makes for a wondeful base sauce for pizza.
If I use grated cheese like reggiano parmesano it gives amazing flavour with few calroies and fat grams.
