LAZZAT-E-TAAM? i HAVE HEARD THERE IS LIKE ONLY ONE OF TWO THAT MAKE THIS only in Lucknow-no place else-not even Kalkutta..
IT CONTAINS 25 SPICES. It is a difficult one as after blending you must add kewra jal and mitha ittr rub well,sieve again.
I have the list and amounts for the ingredients but can not obtain them all here.
