Thank you Chef Vikas Khanna, I can't wait to try your recipe as it is my husband's favourite and I never seem to make it as good as our fav Indian restaruant, and now they have closed and moved their market into the spot, which is very nice to have a large S. Indian Market just 10 minutes away. BUT missing their Chickn Makhani so much. I use wood smoker to make the tandoor style chicken and it is very moist and tasty-so it is the sauce that I don't get the right taste.
You make it look so easy.
