In response to other reviewers, I have made this recipe (following the instructions) and lo and behold, it's the closest version of Chicken Tikka Masala I've come across...
I want to remind readers that the type of Garam Masala used here is very, very important! So...why not use the type recommended by Chef Vikas himself. Do some Google-ing and you'll find it.
