Ok, so... this one fresh chopped spice he adds several times "salamcha" for what I could make out, what's that? It looks either like coriander/cilantro or fresh mint but I would go with coriander.
Oh, and what about the size of his chef bowls... half a cup? I'm from Germany and it's pretty hard to translate everything into the metric system. A cup equals a cup of 250ml, right ;)?
