Raw Butternut Squash Spaghetti

Sundried Tomatoes Rosemary Oregano Sage Butternut Squash Black Olives Red onion (chopped) Celery (chopped)

1) Soak sundried tomatoes in water overnight or for several hours

2) Drain water off of tomatoes (to get rid of some of the salt) and blend with herbs in a food processor, adding water as necessary to achieve the desired thickness of your sundried tomato sauce

3) Peel and seed butternut squash

5) Combine butternut squash spaghetti with the sundried tomato sauce, black olives, and chopped red onion and celery

6) Serve and enjoy!
