That looks like a real good recipe for fudge. I would love to try this one chef, however, marshmallows are not an easily available ingredient here in India, would be glad if you could suggest a substitute. As for evaporated milk - how much would be the original quantity I must take to get the required quantity of evaporated milk? Awaiting the feedback as I plan to surprise my little doll with some chocolate fudge.
