My professional life thus far has had absolutely nothing to do with food or cooking.  However, there are few things I enjoy more in life than to share a fantastic meal and a scrumptious glass (or two) of wine with friends - all the better if I'm the one who created that meal!  I discovered long ago that I am supremely happy when I'm able to spend time in the kitchen - so much so that I hope to cook professionally someday.
