Jon-Marc McDonald, founder of Desserts by Jon-Marc and bake it 'til you make it, came by his baking and culinary skills purely by accident. Shortly after moving to New York City Jon-Marc realized that if he was to survive in the Big Apple on his meager salary, he was going to have to cook.
