Recently put up youtube video shocks soda drinkers with sugary delight. Hats off to the New York City Health Department who have successfully put up a youtube video on soda drinkers. The video is just a direct hit on all those people who are fond of their sodas. I don't think there could have been a better way to point out to soda drinkers that their sodas are not healthy and in fact contains lots and lots of sugar that can harm their health.

The video shocks soda drinkers, proving its success in revealing a slow killer in the form of sugars in sodas. The youtube video on soda drinkers graphically portray what you are taking in when you drink a 20oz bottle of soda.

The video shocks soda drinkers when the caption explaining the fact that there are “16 packs of sugar in 20oz bottle of soda” appear. The video goes on to show that sugar can cause diseases of the heart,obesity and diabetes.

The less than a minute youtube video on soda drinkers urge them to opt for better and healthier alternatives like water, fat free milk etc. The video leaves you with no doubt as to why there is a diabetic and obesity epidemic.
