This is a tough one for many to accespt! My BMI is one reason I started on Weight Watchers 's over a year ago I am now below 25! It is so important for us to feed our children properly especially in todays high fat fast food world!

I agree - and just a reminder that many fashion models are unrealistically thin, and that should not be the target. Below 18.5 is underweight. Some one who is 5' 8" and 124 pounds would be considered underweight. The goal should be to maintain a healthy weight.
