Yoga Is Way Better Than Just Starving To Look Beautiful

Many of us believed (like as I did) and many still do believe that Yoga is nothing but a way to a healthy mind and body. But the truth being told, Yoga not just lets one live a better life, but there’s much more one can expect out of it. 

Yes, practicing specific Yoga postures just for about 20 minutes a day and regularly for a month can help one bring out his/her original beauty, enhance figure and can without doubt WOW your admirers! And I believe, practicing yoga is way better than starving yourself to death to be in shape. 

If you thought it’s just skin foods and those numerous and expensive cosmetics that could grant you a soft and supple, young and wrinkle-free, healthy and gorgeous looking skin, I am sorry you’re mistaken. Well, Yoga has an answer for that! 

Practice To Regain Your Charm:

Take a standing posture and slowly get your feet fixed at about one foot distance. Now, use your palms to cover your face, while breathing continuously and fast for ten minutes. Now gradually start moving your fingers so as to rub your face, eyes, forehead and neck, while remembering to inhale and exhale continuously. This will increase the blood circulation and bring a glow to your face. Continue this for another 10 minutes. 

Now use your whole palm to massage the whole face thoroughly in a circular motion and in an upward movement. Breathe in and out. This will help reducing the wrinkles on the face and regular practice can gift you with a healthy glowing skin!
