WOW… Then Fat Belly, Now Flat Belly! Thanks To Yoga!

Yes Yoga can work its magic on your abs too and gift you that ever gorgeous hot flat belly! Like as your normal workout schedule, Yoga too forces your body to let our excess calories, but in a much subtle way that your body fat is lost without even you recognizing it! 

Yes, thanks to Yoga that attaining a strong, lean middle is now not hard to achieve.

Practice For Flat Abs: 

Although there are various Yoga poses to shape up your sexy abs, here I intend to discuss only a few easy ones. Mostly all such poses work in such a way to make your body much flexible, thereby sculpting your abs muscles and adding strength to it. 

  1. Sit straight in a comfortable position. Inhale and exhale fast, ensuring involving the inward and outward movement of your stomach. Do not continue for more than how much you can hold your breathe. This is a very easy Yoga pose to practice in your leisure, be it while watching TV on your couch or in a cinema hall or anywhere you can make yourself comfortable.
  1. Take an erect standing posture. Inhale, while you bend your right leg sideways, so that the heel rests on the side of your left thing. Maintain your balance well. Now, raise your arms slowly and fully. Limit it when your palms are right on top of your head touching each other, while stretching your abdomen as much as practically possible. Press your knee back, while keeping your hips intact. Continue for 30 sec and try the reverse.
