with brandy sabayon

100 ml brandy
1 (soup) unsweetened cocoa powder
5 (soup) of sugar
chocolate chip cookies
150 ml milk
4 egg yolks

In a saucepan, beat egg yolks with sugar until pale and frothy.
Add cocoa and stir slowly and always with the beater,
add the milk mixed with brandy.
Cook the sabayon in a double boiler, stir the batter without stopping, until lightly bond. Be careful not to boil.
Turn off the heat and let cool slightly, stirring occasionally.
Serve with biscuits and chocolate, if desired, sprinkle more cocoa.
