Always maintain a very strict cleanliness standard

q On your person (hair, hands, nails, body and clothes)

q Operation equipment (mixer, grinder, kitchen utensils)

q Installations (refrigerator, sinks, oven, working space, ventilation)

q Locals (floor, walls, lockers, litter space)

hygiene of equipment in the kitchen is a very important thing to avoid sickness and to be able to have a clean kitchen, store your equipments in one place so you can find it right away. clean every equipment especially those metals after use.
