White House Hanukkah Party: A Sneak Peek Into Obama Hanukkah Party Menu! I'm sure that any Obama party wouldn't be complete without chutzpah. I always used to wonder how difficult it is to be the most powerful man in the USA and how all the more difficult it would be to be politically correct all the time. I think that Obama is doing a pretty good job at what ever he is doing. Last year, the Obama's catered to a gathering of 500 guests from the Jewish community. It was widely publicized that it was Obama's attempt to canvas some support from the Jewish supporters. People, just give them a break. Why can't Hanukkah be only about celebrating? Can we all just forget politics and concentrate on what is going to be on the White House Hanukkah party menu this year.

The Hanukkah party at the White House is scheduled for tomorrow. According to White House Chef Marion Burros, this year's Hanukkah food is going to be simply delicious. This year's Hanukkah party menu is going to be simple. The final menu will be released tomorrow 2^nd Dec 2010. There is going to be roast beef, smoked salmon, gulf shrimp and roasted vegetables as a part of the main course. The desserts will include apple cake with maple glaze, fruit poached in hibiscus and honey, dacquoise, eggnog, lemon layer cakes and chocolate truffles. The President seems to have a sweet tooth. I like what is going on the menu coz I have a sweet tooth myself.

Chef Burros will be revealing the White House recipe for apple cake with maple glaze tomorrow. But right now. I only wonder what I should be doing now to be on the guest list tomorrow for this party. Bribe Chef Burros to sneak me in, perhaps? Lol!
