Avoid foods that are rich in saturated fats. These saturated fat in the foods create body fat. Some of the most commonly used food items like red meat, butter, full fat milk, coconut oil, palm oils, hydrogenated fats, full fat cheese, cottage cheese etc can create body fat. Fast Foods

Any kind of fast foods create body fats. So, which foods create body fat can be called as fast foods? Burgers, noodles, pasta, pizzas and likes including your diet sodas are fast foods. These foods create body fat via the trans fats present in them plus the unnecessarily rich calories. Fast foods not only provide you with high calories, but will leave you hungry in an hour or so.

Deep Fried Foods

It is a proven fact that deep fried foods create body fat. Your favorite tortilla chips, potato chips, fried chicken, honey puffs, donuts, crepes, dessert pancakes, small pies and various other foods create fats. I am not telling you to avoid it completely, but restrict the intake.

White Flour

White flour is a commonly used ingredient for baking cake, cookies as well as in various other food items. But, let me tell you that white flour foods create body fat.

White Sugar

White sugar itself is a food item with zero nutritional value. Avoid it in all its forms, whether in desserts or in milkshakes. Replace with a sugar substitute.

Caffeinated Drinks

Last, but not the least consuming beverages rich in caffeine can increase your body fat. Dark tea, chocolates, aerated drinks like cola, coffee as well as the energy drinks are the caffeinated drinks and caffeinated foods create body fat.

If you turn back and look, then you will find that when you lost weight earlier you would have avoided foods that create body fat. But even with the knowledge about which foods create body fat, you are addicted to foods create body fat. So overcome this addiction and avoid such foods.
