Many Hilltribes of Myanmar, Thailand, N. Vietnam, Laos, and S. China also eat dog. Eating frog is very common! In France Le Grenouille is considered a special dish. In Thailand frogs are eaten in Jungle Curry also stirfried with shallots, chiles, and garlic with some fish sauce-very nice. They hack them up and fry the entire frog legs, bodies, everything. Very tasty! I can buy frog legs in all Asian Markets for sure. Taste: A cross between chicken and fish, a little chewy but very good. Shanti/Mary-Anne
