There is strong assumption that chocolate are wonderful mood elevator and stress buster. Experts at times do recommend some patients with severe depressive syndrome to have dark chocolate which serves in a way to release them from the fetters of depression. But give it a halt there, as the cliche goes, disposing yourself to something in excess can really wreck havoc on your health.
