Infections – Drinking cranberry juice on a regular basis can help block infections that might exist in our body. This is specially related to urinary tract infections which is caused by bacteria. However, make sure that this cranberry juice is not the "Cranberry Juice Cocktail" that we commonly mix with our drinks. In order to truly reap the benefits of cranberry juice, we need to have real, unsweetened cranberry juice that is not from concentrate.  .

Teeth problems – If you suffer from dental infections and tooth ache, try consuming cranberries regularly. They contain a compound known as howell, which is known to treat different kinds of tooth infections. This compound is also known to prevent the formation of plaque on the teeth. Several cosmetic mouthwashes are being manufactured with cranberry extracts, due to this property of the fruit.

Stomach – Cranberry juice is also good for the stomach and digestion. Regular consumption of this juice is known to be very effective in killing H pylori bacteria which is mainly responsible for causing stomach ulcers and cancer in the stomach.

Cholesterol – If you suffer from high cholesterol, cranberries are said to be very beneficial. They work towards balancing the levels of cholesterol in your body and keep you healthy.

Tumor – Cranberries are very effective in preventing tumors from growing very rapidly. They do so by preventing cells from multiplying very rapidly and spreading across the body. This is especially true in the case of breast cancer. Patients are recommended to have cranberries along with their regular dose of medicines for the most effective results.

Heart disease – This is one of the most effective health benefits of cranberries. These berries are very rich in flavonoids which help to fight the war against atherosclerosis or what is also known as conditions of hardened arteries. These flavonoids present in the berries help in reducing the levels of bad cholesterol, which is often responsible for clogging the walls of the arteries, thus impacting the heart and increasing the probability and risk of heart attacks.
