Watch Your Diet for Clear Skin
Having clean, clear, blemish-free and beautiful complexion is a rarity these days. There are several factors that could mar skin texture, such as air and water pollution, cosmetics and bad food and drink choices.
An increasing consumption of aerated drinks, packed juices and rich creamy coffees instead of water, fat-rich foods and fast foods are a major culprit.
Few tips for a healthy and clear skin:
•Fit a walk of half an hour in your daily schedule. This helps in proper blood circulation in your body.
•Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Less water means dehydration and piling up of deadly toxins in the body. It is because our body has not enough water to flush them out. So, don’t be a miser in drinking water.
•Fresh fruits, cooked vegetables and a huge bowl of fresh salad are a must.
•Cut down cooking oil as much as possible. Red meat, deep-fried snacks, nuts, chocolates, ice cream, rich cookies, cakes and other desserts are highly restricted.
