Victoria Beckham Has Done It – She Is Back To Size Zero!
Whodunnit?? Victoria Beckham has done it; she has got back to Size Zero in just 2 months after baby Harper Seven. A very slender Victoria Beckham and her new baby were at the NY Fashion Week happening at the New York Public Library. On 6th September, Victoria Beckham tweeted saying, "Mummy and baby Harper are very excited for Fashion Week!"
The press is having a field day and is calling her the uber-mom who needs no maternity leave, considering how quickly she lost her pregnancy weight. But I wonder how quickly we have forgotten the fact that she was on the 'Five Hands Diet' for 2 months before the NY FW. If you remember, she also refused to step out of her rented Malibu home, not wanting to reveal anything about her body. The Five Hands Diet is a crazy diet where the dieter eats just 5 handfuls of food throughout the day. A source said, “Five days after giving birth, she started eating five high-protein meals a day accompanied by green vegetables, drinking gallons of water, and only snacking on goji berries and nuts.” Victoria Beckham also cut sugar out from her diet and snacked on small portions of smoked salmon, yellow-fin tuna sushi, scrambled eggs, and prawns with chili.![]()
Sources also said that Victoria did gentle post-natal exercises and 10 minutes of Pilates every day. I somehow suspect that she did more than that. She probably did 10 minutes of Pilates 10 times a day. During the two months she spent hiding inside her Malibu mansion, she was going to train with Tracy Anderson. Tracy Anderson is famous or rather infamous for starving her clients in the name of detoxing and purifying the body. Tracy Anderson is also known for putting her clients on diets that are 700 calories or lesser. Reader, note that the Tracy Anderson diets are not FDA approved.
