Anorexia Nervosa
Anorexia Nervosa is a disease, related to unhealthy eating, when people do not feel hungry at all. The loss of appetite is simply caused by the desire of losing body weight. Young women, between the age group of 15-34, are more susceptible to this health disorder. The loss of appetite makes them to stay without any proper food for consecutive days. As a result, the person becomes weak and experiences hormonal imbalance. In severe situation, it could lead to death.
Bulimia Nervosa
Bulimia Nervosa is another disease related to unhealthy eating. It refers to the condition, when a person keeps on eating without having any control. This behavior of excessive uncontrolled eating is known as binging. However, to avoid obesity or weight gain, the person throws up the food by self-inducing. Sometimes, the affected persons use laxatives or diuretics to flush out their excessive food intake. This unhealthy eating process often results in sudden weight loss, hormonal imbalance and even decaying tooth.
Binge Eating Disorder
Being among the list of unhealthy eating diseases, it falls between anorexia and bulimia. Similar to anorexia, a person with Binge Eating Disorder is very much conscious about diets and losing weight. But at some point of time, it becomes difficult to control the appetite, which leads to binging. In this satiation, the patient does not compensate the excessive intake of food by any type of purging. This type of eating habit also results in abnormal body weight and hormonal disorder.
