Foodies cannot live on food alone! We need more than just food. We need more about food. Personally, I love digging for all kinds of food news like restaurant reviews, food history, food related movies, songs and so on. Initially, it was difficult to maintain this hobby because I often got lost in the plethora of information available on the web.

This contemporary blog comments on everything that matters to food and foodies. It covers topics that range from Obama’s stand on organic food to the psychological aspects of food. I can spend hours on this site without getting bored. It also has a superfluous supply of recipes, information about unique ways to use food ingredients and eye catching images.

Serious Eats
Serious Eats, started by New York Times journalist Ed Levine is definitely serious about food. It covers food related information ranging in importance from the significant to the mundane. The site covers mainly American food. In addition to this, information about restaurants, informal reveiws on Cook books and even intimation about food related TV shows are also packed into this site.
