I have met many people who want to find out natural ways in which one can loose weight quickly without using diet pills or settling for those ever-so-popular fad diets we see all over. So, here are some of my favorite and most effective ways to NATURALLY lose weight fast:
1. Boost your metabolism - By elevating your metabolic rate, you'll get much quicker and consistent fat loss. Some examples of ways you can boost your metabolism are drinking green tea daily, eat 4-6 meals daily, get plenty of fiber, and "calorie shifting". You will burn more calories and loose weight faster if you have a higher and steadier metabolism.
2. Weight train - The more muscle you have on your body, the more fat your body will automatically burn off. This is because muscle naturally burns off fat. Also, if you place a ton of your effort on working out your larger muscle groups (legs, back, etc.) by way of compound weight training (resistance training on multiple body parts such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, bench press), you can burn off a ton of calories per session and increase overall strength.
3. High intensity short cardio - Instead of long boring cardio, switch your cardio routine to short high intensity cardio or interval training.
