Jokbal: Jokbal is essentially pigs’ feet which is served with a red coloured and salted shrimp sauce which is known as saeujot.
 
Soondae: Also spelled as Sundae, the dish is prepared by steaming or boiling pig’s or cow’s intestines which are stuffed with various ingredients before the steaming or boiling process.
 
 
 
Gochujang: It is a savory condiment popular in Korea which is prepared using chilli powder, powdered and fermented soybeans and glutinous rice powder.
 
Nakji: Nakji is a raw octopus that is eaten in Korea either as a whole, or sliced up into pieces. It is served with a healthy amount of sesame oil and topped with sesame seeds.
 
Dubu Kimchi: This is a popular Korean dish prepared using sautéed kimchi served with Tofu. It is also served with canned tuna and sliced pork.
