We all love the gooey cheesiness of a pizza, and knowing it is unhealthy, we still want to have them. What you could try and do is, dress up your pizza with some healthy veggies and meat or limit the intake of the same.
Bacon: It is not a great idea to make the bacon a part of your staple diet if you want to stay healthy. If you happen to be following a low carb diet, then mix it up with some leaner meat, because the smoking and the curing that is put into bacon is not really good for your health. So it is best to be careful of how much you eat.
Store bought pot pies have a higher calorie count and they also have sodium in it, which is rather high in calories. If eaten as a snack instead of a main meal, then there are chances that you are working against yourself. Frozen pot pies have more than 1000 calories and over 60 grams of fat, plus they have no nutrients what so ever.
Cheese Cakes we know are rather yumm, and so sinful. But making the same at home is a better preposition than hogging on those stores bought ones, which have high fat and sugar content.
Fries: we all love them, because they are crunchy and nice. But they are also the worst items that you can eat. Its oily and deep fried and leads to many illnesses. You can of course try the baked version instead of the fired and do many creative things with your meal plan.
Canned Soup: Most canned soups have sodium in it and that means that a cup of soup is as much as a 1000 milli grams of salt, which is in no way healthy. It is advisable to cook extra and to just store them away in the deep freeze for later.
Hotdogs are made in the most disgusting manner possible. The aim is to only serve a large number of people and that doesn’t at all mean that it should be had.
Fried Chicken is another similar dish that can add a couple of pounds to you and to your fat content. While many Hollywood films have brought to light this issue, it always pays when one is careful of what they are doing. Binging on nuggets and fried chicken, even when they are made with their skin peeled off is not a great idea. You can always try baking or grilling them instead.
Potato Chips that are bought at the store are really bad for you. The US alone consumes close to $30 billion worth chips every year. That is a lot of people eating this unhealthy snack. While having them occasionally is not a problem, to eat them frequently would be like inviting trouble and adding on to the calories.
