1. Braised root vegetables: To make braised root vegetables you can use carrots, radishes and potatoes. You need to  first peel the vegetables and then cut them in small sizes and then sprinkle some salt and lemon on them. You will have to add them to hot oil - toss for a few minutes and your braised vegetables are ready to be eaten.

Grilling root vegetables is quite simple and can be done in just ten minutes.
