Darbesh: Darbesh or Dorbesh is common to the Boondi that is used in the Boondi laddoos available in the Northern India. Primarily prepared using gram flour and shaped into tiny balls using a sieve, the tiny balls are deep fried and then dipped in the sugar solution.
Chanar Jhilipi: This is a unique Bengali dessert identifiable by its complex, spiral shape. It is a commonly served dessert during the Bengali festivals.
Nikhuti Payesh: This delicious dessert is prepared using milk and cottage cheese. Served as deep fried balls dipped in flavoured milk, the dessert is served chilled.
