Tone Your Buttocks; Get One Shaped Like Beyonce…

Last weekend, I somehow managed to convince my hubby to go to one of my friends’ place for an overnight stay. She had been calling a few of us for a get-together, like as all-girls party; although only five of us managed to turn up, that night was more of a reunion sort.

 

All girls’ night is incomplete with some of the gossips and heated discussions and somehow we picked the topic of the hottest females and to our surprise, all of us had just one answer to it and that was Beyonce! Yes, she’s pretty and yeah she’s that rare gift of a great voice, but it’s just one thing in her that makes her sexy – her envious vital statistics, to be more precise, her voluminous buttocks!

 

Where men die for it, females rack their brains to sculpt such a flawless one to get their men go WOW! So that was when I heard from one of my peers that Yoga does a great job toning your hips and buttocks. I was like, man, I am in for it.

 

 

Practice To Tone Your Buttocks

 

 

I don’t know, if Beyonce practices Yoga to keep her butts well in shape; all that I know is 20 minutes of this Yoga posture can help sculpt your buttocks. This particular Yoga pose works towards creating a better alignment of your bone structure, gifts better flexibility to your hips, tones your buttocks and yes, strengthen your leg muscles too.

 

Stand in an erect posture with your feet together and with arms raised parallel to your ears and pressed together. Bend your knees pushing back your buttocks, as if you are sitting on an imaginary chair, but remember to inhale slowly. Press your arms together so that they are as close to your ears as practically possible. In this posture, make sure you balance your weight on your heels, so that your knees do not feel the pressure.

 

Now breathe out placing your hands on your hips, while stretching your right leg a little farther, as much as you are able to stretch it. Make sure that both your heels are firmly placed on the ground.

 

Breathe in and return to the imaginary chair posture. Do the same stretch with left leg. Continue the same for 5 times in the beginning and raise it to 10 sets as you progress.

 

 

Diet

 

While Yoga does wonders for your butt, not everyone can do it. Therefore, I am mentioning some easy dietary tips to help you achieve that perfect rear: 

  • Eat low fat foods
  • Eat meat after removing the skin
  • Avoid fried foods
  • Avoid oil-based sauces and dressings
  • Eat fresh fruit and vegetables

Now that you have your butt shaped like Beyonce, don’t just flaunt it but go out and  beat those hip-dancers you have always envied!

I really have no clue about it, but I have always found it difficult to take my eyes off her for this reason. Hope I wouldn't be misjudged, coz most of my friends too are passionate about shaping a pair like hers! :)
