Tomato Fish
TOMATO FISH :
Ingrdients: Pomfret fish or Rohu - 500gms.,tomato -200 gms ,gin6ger garlic paste- 2tsp. ,oil for fryin6g&cooking , turmeric,redchilli powder,salt to taste,sugar 1 tsp.,jeera powder -1tsp.,Onion/-200 gms.
Cooking Method: Wash the cut pieces of the fish nicely and smear it with salt,turmeric an6d keep aside.Now grate onions & tomatoes separately. In a Kadahi heat some oil for frying the fishes. After heating the oil sufficiently add the fish one by one & deep fry them till little brown. Take out the fishes in a bowl an6d keep aside.Now add some more oil and put gin-garlic paste saute it then put onions an6d tomato grated an6d fry till it starts leaving the sides.Now add jeera powder,salt,redchilli pow.,sugar,turmeric an6d saute it by adding little water.Simmer it for few minutes.After sometime put the fried fish pcs.,1 cup water & put the gas on low flame.Keep it for 7mins. and turn off the flame.
Here is yummy tomato fish curry ready to eat with hot rice or roti !!
