ifood.tv has really broughtup a new revolution in the life of thos who love good, delicious, healthy and energetic food,world-wide. ifood is giving me a colourfuland meaningful dimension of life of people who enjoy good healthy and different varities of indian,american,italian,chinese,mexican,french and thai dishes.

The 21st century is the century of hightech and every one is trying to scale the highest peak everest of mountain-himalayas. Hence doing hard work and facing stiff,challenges from opponents,that creates,immense,mental tension and also adversely effects individual life-style.    LIFE/IFOOD.TV/GOOD HEART,  Hello,ifood.tv,lovers,how we couldkeep our heart healthy,and enjoy happy life during this high tech and full of stress-strain activities.here is some important andselected food stuffs and way of daily life style that will give you stress free life to enjoy.  1--take milk,curd and product of milk daily and keep blood pressure within normal limit.   2--do light exercise for 3ominutes and keep the heart healthy,  3--if non vege then avoid,mutton and chicken and eat fish,specially tuna and soloman and keep your heart bitting normaland maintain its speed,  4--to avoid artificial cold drinks and to use fruit juices and keep your artries free from cholesterol and save your heart,5--soya shaush,add black soya saush on salad,soup and vegetables daily and keep your heart free from fatty and harmful elements,  6--laughing daily for about 10-minutes very usefull,  7--to sleep at least 5 hrs daily,less sleeping left bad effect on hormones,blood sugar,and blood pressure, 8--pararayaam--take deep breathing 15 min. slowly every day,  9-- to enjoygood music to every day etc.       big khan
