Wash the turkey:

- It is recommended to steam the turkey for at least 15 minutes at 350 degree at 60 percent levels of humidity. This will help in searing the skin and will also help in retaining the natural juices of the turkey. Turkey needs to be cooked for at least 40 minutes.
- How do you know that your turkey is cooked completely? You can check its internal temperature by inserting a meat thermometer in the thickest section of the meat. The internal temperature should be around 165 degree Fahrenheit.
