Hey Tortilla Guy,My wife went shopping and I told her make sure you get the Tumaro's Tortilla. She did and brought it home. I then made a Tortilla rap with Chicken & Honey Mustard not as Gourmet as the one that you made. But it was definitely delicious. Please send me some of your recipes they look delicious.I am a salesman and take clients out to eat at many of the restaurants in New York City. I have been eating at this one restaurant for 22 years and I have taken many of my clients there. We have never gotten a bad meal there. The food is great and the service and ambiance excellent. The restaurant is Bello's Ristorante, it is located at 56th street & 9th avenue. The address is 863 9th Avenue. The phone number is 212-243-3667. There is complimentary parking after 5:00 PM with dinner. I would call for reservations if you are going in the evening.Jack Galati

For the first course we had green mussels witha Thai Coconut Sauce and stuffed Clams with chorizo WOW !!!! We than had stuffed Sole with lobster and braised mushrooms another winner !!! 730 W. Rush Street, Chicago Ill
This is a Pizza Place not to miss if you like a good pie !! I ordered the small Stuffed pizza with sausage & mushrooms and I could not finish it that is how big it was - a nice crispy crust lots of cheese actually ozzing from it !!! Sauce was great. And this was a pizza place that had a 20 minute wait to be seated !!! I opted to sit at the bar and eat, where the bar tenders were good at what they do, even to the point of asking anyone for ID , at 46 it is nice to be proofed.
This is one of the few chain type places that I have been to where I liked and would suggest if you are a pizza lover and in Chicago not to pass by !!!

While I didn't actually eat a full dinner there I and a couple of good friends were able to sample some of the creativity of Chef Vikas Khanna.
While I can go on and on about what to do with tortilla's , Chef Vikas can do that and more with a fruit as simple as a mango !!! That my friends was very impressive !!! There were about 20 samples plates for all of us invited to savor , and believ me I did !!! Very enjoyable I will make this a stop back on my list for a full Dinner !!!
Thank You Chef and www.ifood.tv for having this event.

Congratulations to Joseph Migliucci and his mother – Mama Rose--and the entire family. For five generations, since 1919, they have been preparing and serving fresh, robust Neapolitan style food.
Located in Belmont (Little Italy) -- "the safest neighborhood in America," five generations of the Migliucci family have been turning out fresh, robust Neapolitan food since 1919.
fresh sauces, hot fresh breads, octopus salad, spiedini with anchovy sauce, and other authentic recipes are among the dishes that have made their customers return time and time again.
So I wanted to thank my friend Jack who is also a member here for taking me to this great place which I am sure to go to again !!

This Bronx institution under went renovations a couple years ago, before that the food was great and the portion were VERY Large. I was there Saturday night and the food while good does seem to have change with the times !! While my eggplant rollatini was good , as was the broccoli rabe. The Chicken Scarpariello was pasty the coating not done as well as it should have been.
Still lots of people and only valet parking as street parking is hard.
Portions are still hugh so if lots of food is what you are looking for this is a place to go to.

All I can say is wow if you like Ice Cream and want to live the old days of the soda fountain go here I highly recommend it. even without air conditioning on a hot night this place was great and had some of the flavors we forgot existed !!
Old Time soda's , home made ice cream another place not to miss when you are in philly !!!
The Franklin Fountain aims to serve an experience steeped in ideals, drizzled with drollery, and sprinkled with the forgotten flavors of the American past.
Ben Franklin invented ice cream in Philadelphia during the Constitutional Convention of 1787. The delegates at the convention couldn't agree on many issues and session after session ended without resolution. The summer was grueling and hot that year and Franklin, eighty-one by that time, spent most of his idle time indoors. Tinkering about his workshop, Franklin hit upon the idea of a sweet treat that would cool tensions and put a smile on the faces of his fellow statesmen. Using the cream from a neighbor's heifer and some ice from his storehouse, he called his treat "creme froid" or "cold cream." After the next session of Congress, he invited delegates to his nearby home for a special treat that was universally popular and helped steer them toward the democracy we know today.* The two Brothers Ryan & Eric Berley perfected it !!!

As I am not familiar with this cusine the staff was very helpful . The flatbread they give in the beginning was good more like a big potatoe chip and the salsa was different and three of them.
We had a combination appetizer platter, along with a lamb dish and fish dish. Very strong seasoning , flavorful. But again as I am not sure the tastes it did seem good, and the place was packed !!
Parking is ok along what is like an nice small Town !!

This Asian Market Place is a really interesting Place. While the store has things that most have never used nor would know what to do with. It is going to fun to experiment with all.
They have a Food area which does give you lots of options from Asian Desserts to all kinds of foods from Tempura to Noodles, and sushi. There are at least 8 different food stores to chose from with pictures and fax foods of each to help you decide. You can get things you know and be safe, or you can get things because they look good.
It all is good and a great value.
The place sits overlooking the Hudson River on the Jersey Side and is pretty easy to get to. A great place to go for a foodie afternoon escape from NYC !!!
