I have been friends and met some famous chefs along the way. Here I am attending the Natural products Expo East with Chef Wynnie Stein.

For those of you that know the the vegetarian World Moosewood and the Ithaca Restaurant has been a pioneer in vegetarian and vegan cooking. They have published 11 cookbooks and still are making great dishes.

I have now had the chance to meet and work with Chef Wynnie who not only is inventive and creative, but keeps me in laughs whenever we are together.
