A dash of mint adds to its taste. In order to avoid dehydration, drink a glass full of buttermilk before you get exposed to the sun.

Write in there whatever you eat on a daily basis. Calculate the calorie count that you consume in a week. In case you find the calculation more than what you must ideally consume, you can find some ways to cut down the extra calories.
