Test Your Nutrient Knowledge
Chefs from around the world participated in an International Food Fair Contest. Each chef created their favorite recipe from their home-land. In this contest, there are six Nutritent Awards, and it just so happens that the six chefs created six different recipes that all have there own unique nutrient qualities.
The following are the six awards to be given to the appropriate winner:

A food high in complete proteins (and also in fats...so don't eat too much!) |
A food high in vitamins and complex carbohydrates |

A food high in simple carbohydrates (and also in fats...so don't eat too much!) |
A food high in incomplete proteins, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and water |
Now make sure that each chef receives an award, after all, some of them came here from the other side of the world, and they're feeding us gourmet food...they should at least take something back home.

Chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese, dipped in egg and bread crumbs, and fried in butter. |
| Chef Eve | West Africa | Kyinkyinga
Beef and liver chunks basted with lemon juice, garlic and ginger, and barbecued. |
| Chef Fraser | Sicily | Cassata Alla Siciliana
A layered sponge cake spread with ricotta cheese, sugar, chocolate chips and candied fruit, topped with creamy frosting. |
