Do you have to lose weight? Let me help you with a few tips to start a healthy weight loss program:
- determine what your ideal weight is. Go to my website http://www.getrealhealthyfood.com/Export14.htm
Check on the chart what your ideal weight is, and then compare it with your scale. Say the difference is 30 pounds. Divide 30/3.
10 is the amount of months that it will take to lose the weight the healthy way, without starving yourself.
- start the day with a well-balanced breakfast: my 'start the day' breakfast recipe, a glass of juice or skim milk
eat a snack mid morning, small lunch (a tortilla wrap with 1 cup sliced chicken breast, lettuce, bell pepper)
a mid afternoon snack (few carrots, cup of tea)
