  INGREDIENTS:


    MINCED MEAT ( MUTTON KEEMA) -------- 500GMS


GARLIC -------- 5 FLAKES


RED CHILLY ----3 PCS


PEPPER ----------- 10 PCS


CARDAMOM (POWDERED) --------A PINCH


SALT ----- TO TASTE


BUTTER ----- 90 GMS


    METHOD:


    GRIND ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT BUTTER)  ALONG WITH MUTTON KEEMA. MAKE  EQUAL PORTIONS.  PUT EACH PORTION ON SKEWERS TO FORM SHEEK KEBAB.PUT SKEWERED KEBABS  IN  A   PAN COVERED  WITH A  LID. SPREAD BUTTER AFTER A WHILE REMOVING LID TILL DEEP BROWN&WELL COOKED. SERVE HOT.
