Apple – Nothing can be better than putting your bite into a fresh and juicy apple during your work. You can also try with other fruits also, provided these are as convenient to eat as an apple.

Dry Cereal – This is a great and convenient choice of snacks at your office. Single pack dry cereals are available at the grocery stores, which is sufficient for one feed. Energy Bars – When you have missed your breakfast in a hurry for the office, you can go for these low calorie energy bars, as these will boost you up for the whole day. Just keep an eye that the granola bars you buy have less calories and more dietary fiber. The oat granola bars can be the perfect choice in this respect.
Popcorn – If it is not yet the time to go home and you start to feel little hungry after having a light lunch, then this will be ideal choice. You can stock up the microwave version of the popcorn, which you can easily prepare at the office café. Chocolate – Chocolate may not be that bad of a choice to snack on during the leisurely hours at your workplace. In fact, the dark chocolate varieties are rich in antioxidants and the sugar part can help you to feel little fresh, even if you had a hectic day. However, chocolates are high in calories, so try to control yourself, from eating the whole of it. You can also share your pack of chocolate, so that you don’t eat more than 3-4 squares.
