Spring break

Hello all at ifood.. I have not touched base with you all for a long time. Well, I was in sunny Orlando, Florida. It was beautiful. Sunny, warm, crowded, awesome are some of the words.

We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn in Disney. I had the yummiest food and the most horrible food in the 5 days I was there. Being a vegetarian its hard to find stuff that has no meat and at fast food places like Disney world getting the food made to order was tough. But I survived. I had salads to save me. Of course Pizza and then the tasty desserts. I actually ended up having just desserts for lunch. Of course the kid was happy.

Now I am back to reality.. the cold, windy, rainy and boring everyday life. But the stores are exploding with Easter cookies and candies. I can't wait to bake an Easter egg dish this Sunday. Easter and eggs.. I have to find the connection. I will be back soon with the answer. Why is there a bunny and why is Easter celebrated with eggs?

Keep watching ifood for yummy recipes and nice blogs.
