Snooki's Weight Loss Secret – AlcoholApparently, Snooki's weight loss secret is clear liquors! This might shock a few, but Jersey Shore would be what it is, if a fair share of drama wasn't coming from Snooki. The Jersey shore housemate Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, 23, says that she doesn't believe in fad diets. But it does makes one wonder how can she have alcohol in her daily diet and not call it a fad diet.

                       

Season 4 of Jersey Shore is seeing a very slimmed down Snooki and it had people wondering how. Last month Snooki was on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno' and shared her weight loss secrets. “Pretty much motivation — going to the gym and watching what you drink, obviously, alcohol,” she explained. It sucks, but no Long Islands or margaritas when you drink. It has to be straight vodka,” she said. This 4'9” reality tv star is not going to be giving up alcohol completely but she is going to be avoiding the mixers.

                                    

In The Tonight Show, Snooki also revealed the fact that she was really concerned about her weight while they were shooting Season 4 in Italy. But apparently this pint zized actress found the pasta dishes surprisingly light. “Honestly, eating the pastas there was kind of like eating salad here in America,” she assured. “It was, like, so fresh and healthy. … None of us gained a pound.”Snooki's Weight Loss Secret – Alcohol

                

Snooki had once been anorexic and bulemic, But right now she is in her body ideal of 45 to 47 kilos. "Water is my new best friend," she said. And she also cut down the partying with the housemates and is hitting the gym. "As everyone's planning their night at the club, I'm wondering when Gold's Gym closes," she said in a tweet.

                  

Snooki said that she is eating healthy. For example, “Still, [I have] egg whites in the morning and chicken and salads, And if you do drink, it's gotta be clear liquors." " she said. So technically, her diet would be high on lean protein and low in carbohydrates; besides water is her new bff.

           

So there you go people, Snooki's weight loss secret; clear alcohol and no mixers.
