You are the shopoholic, who loves to trip to the plazas, malls or fests ignoring all pangs of hunger. But you have also realized that the gastric juices rumble and grumble in all fury bringing down the spirit, while shopping. As a person, who prefers home-food than wasting precious shopping time in a restaurant, here are some ideas on snacks to pack while going shopping!

You will not only get a boost of energy but also save cost and time, avoiding an unwinding session at a restaurant and then buckle up in some time and get started once again. While on marathon shopping trips, a few handy snacks in your handbag or back pack, will help you munch and crunch and mull over greater shopping buys.
Here are a few tips on snacks to pack while going shopping:-
•    Crunchy granolas :  Made with puffed rice, wheat,  dried nuts(apricots), rolled oats, grape-nuts cereals , salted sunflower seeds,  raw pumpkin seeds, brown sugar, honey and vanilla flavoring- you get a healthy crunch in a blend of amazing flavors of nuts and spices, wafting thick as a healthy snack to pack while shopping.
•    Dried fig and nut bars :  Skinned, toasted hazelnuts and almonds,  cocoa powder, orange zest, black mission figs, pepped up with fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, honey and sugar… this is no sugar-coating recipe but in all sweetness it rises to your shopping hour of need
•    Rosemary roasted cashews : Roasted cashews in a glaze of melted butter,  brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and fresh rosemary finely chopped. For the lovers of the rosemary herb, the flavored cashews are a snack-y-treat to eat while on a shopping trip.
•    Clementines : The sweet ‘n’ tart taste of Clementines is inviting and also as a bountiful fruit, it can accommodate itself in many a dessert or snacks. •    Whole wheat apple muffins : Can anything get more softer or fruitier than that? Muffins any time and apple muffins just serve as the right snack while on a shopping expedition.
•    Caramel almond popcorn : Popcorns are an all-time favorite and with a coat of caramel and slivered almonds, the delicious variants simply adds zest to your spirit of shopping, as it gives a boost of instant energy. One reason this is a snack to pack while going shopping.
•    A tortilla wrap : Alfalfa sprouts, turkey, in a dressing of creamy cheese and wrapped up by a tortilla . Pack the wrapping in a foil, just pack-off on your shopping trip, to take a nibble or a bite from the foil-rolls anytime you feel like!
•    Baguette with cheese and pears : When hunger strikes in the midst of a shopping spree, what would be your best option? To go for a nearby eatery or simply pick something from your bag and chew upon, what should be your next destination? Definitely you would opt for the latter. Baguette rolls or chunks with slices of pear and cheddar cheese sandwiched with slices of multi-grain bread or even a plain bread-a snack to sandwich between your shopping time and snacking time.
