SKEWER TIPS!

1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes so they don't burn.

2. Make seperate skewers for each food so you can control the cooking time for each meat, vegetable, or fish.

3. Put shrimp on two skewers, so they're easier to flip and don't curl.

4. Don't cram - leave a little space between each piece so all your food can cook easily.
