Singer Joss Stone is new Flake girl
Joss Stone is to be the new Flake girl and, according to Cadbury, the first non-model to take the role.
The Devon soul singer will star in TV commercials for the chocolate bar in a new campaign which begins in spring next year.
A string of models have starred in the commercials since the late 1950s, including a former Miss World.
The chocolate company said Ms Stone was paid an undisclosed sum to provide a "fresh take" on the adverts.
Her appointment was revealed in the trade magazine, The Grocer.
