Apple Seeds Are Harmful For Health – One can enjoy the health benefits of apples as long as the seeds are not consumed along with the fruit. It has been found that apple seeds are poisonous in nature as it contains cyanide. If apples seeds are eaten regularly, it results in the release of cyanide in the stomach during digestion. This is the reason why the symptoms of poisoning do not appear immediately after consuming seeds. It has been found that if one cup of apple seeds are eaten, it can even lead to death.
Allergy To Apples – Many people are found to be allergic to the fruits of Rosaceae family. Apples belong to this family and people sensitive to the other members of this family viz. Plum, Apricot, Peach, Pear, Strawberry and Almond are also sensitive to apples. So, such persons should consult the doctor before having apples.

Apple Juice Side Effects – Apple juice is considered good for health but it has been observed that large quantities of apple juice can lead to diarrhoea. In addition, people who are on the diet of apple juice often complain for headaches, tiredness and dizziness.
