Shape Up Your Neck Through Yoga

I still remember, after watching the movie “The Ghost” I approached Sheila, my personal beautician, asking her to give me a hair cut similar to Demi Moore. I was a little crazy to chop off my waist long hair to try out the new style on me; luckily it did suit me and won pretty good comments. But, when I think about it now, was I really attracted to the hair style she had it in the movie, or was it her gorgeous lean and well-shaped neck that forced me to go for it! Well, that was also one reason, but little did I know that there’s nothing much my hair stylist could do to give what I really wanted.

Now, I am not that stupid to get a real short hair cut for a lean and beautiful looking neck. Yes there’s another alternative, may be you too can try it out! Yoga is the way to do it 

This Asana helps to reduce the fat accumulated on your neck and when regularly for about 20 minutes can magically wipe off the wrinkles and firm up your neck, trimming and accentuating it well. 

Practice To Firm Up Your Neck: 

Take an erect standing posture, keeping your shoulders firm. Now, slowly turn your neck to the left, by pulling it as much as is practically possible. Now, return to the original posture and turn your neck to the right, the maximum you can. Return to the original posture. 

Now, again move your neck to the left and give it as slight jerk, for about 10 times. Repeat the same towards right. Now move your head up and then stretch it backwards and now bring it forward, trying if your chin could touch your chest. Repeat the steps for about 3-5 times.
