It's one thing to be a great chef, another to be such a caring human being, and Chef Vikas Khanna is all of that, oh and eye candy as well, not a bad combination. But seriously I have tremendous respect for what Chef Vikas khanna is about-he is a giver, not a taker. It isn't just his talent as a fine chef that warrants recognition, but his generousity and love for his fellow man that is in the forefront. He is a man who early on had to overcome a physical disability himself with painful surgeries, and perhaps this expierence is part of the deep-seated passion and compassion for those with issues. His work with in Motion (a NYC org to help women in crisis), work with orgs for those with diabilities, as well as International culinary exchanges, also his work with "Colors of Ability" echo once again what Chef Vikas Khanna is about.
