Baked Brown Trout:
Baked brown trout is the dish made with trout fish which is generally caught fresh from the river. The trout is baked with butter and lemon juice in a kitchen foil parcel. I am sure you will enjoy this classic Scottish dish.
Athol brose is a Scottish drink which can be made by mixing the oatmeal brose along with honey, whisky and cream. This drink has been named after the first Earl of Athol who had quashed a Highland rebellion in 1475.
Bridies are a kind of Scottish meat pastry which is also known as Forfar bridie. You can make the filling with minced meat, butter and beef seasoned with salt and pepper.
Clootie dumpling is a traditional dessert pudding which you can prepare with flour, breadcrumbs, dry fruits, suet, sugar and spices along with some milk. Although it’s a pudding, you can eat it with the main course.

Haggis
