7 days Scarsdale Menu
Kick start your day with one half of grapefruit. You can enjoy grapefruit in different forms like Broiled Grapefruit, Grapefruit dressing, and Grapefruit Mold. You can substitute grapefruit with other seasonal fruits of your choice. Along with fruit, you can go for one slice of lightly toasted protein bread and a steaming hot cup of coffee or tea sans any sugar, milk, cream or honey.

On day 1 of your diet, take assorted cold cuts and broiled or stewed tomatoes together with a sugar-free beverage of your choice for lunch. You can also go for diet soda or wash down your fare with a glass of plain water. For dinner, you can go for fresh green or veggie salad a slice of protein bread, grilled fish, a serving of grapefruit or any seasonal fruit and water or diet soda.

On day 2, you can stuff yourself with broiled hamburger, Brussels sprout salad, plenty of tomatoes and lettuce salad. For diner, go for a big serving of fruit salad, preferably fresh fruits and a can of diet soda, sugar-free tea, coffee or water.

For day 3, you can pile your plates with salmon or tuna fish salad with vinaigrette dressing, a serving of melon wedges, Broiled Grapefruit or any other seasonal fruit and beverage, diet soda or water.
